A new login experience
AMxCore 6.0 Release – A new login experience
Release Date: July 29, 2026
We’re excited to announce the July 2026 ArborMetrix release (AMxCore 6.0), which introduces enhancements designed to improve the user experience, streamline access, and support more efficient workflows across the platform.
What’s New
New Login Experience
Beginning July 29, all users will transition to a new login experience when accessing ArborMetrix.
The updated login process is designed to provide a more streamlined and secure way to access the platform while maintaining the same functionality users rely on today.
Getting Started
To help ensure a smooth transition, we have provided Release notes outlining the new login steps and what to expect on launch day.
- Review the Release Notes distributed by your program administrator.
- Starting July 29, an updated user guide will also be available directly from the new login page.
- No action is required until the new experience goes live.
Please Note: Because this release includes significant updates to our authentication framework, existing multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for authenticator apps cannot be carried over. Only users who will continue to use an authenticator application for MFA will need to complete a quick one-time setup the next time they log in. If you use the authenticator app method, please delete your existing one-time passcode (OTP) entry in your app before completing the new setup with the QR code that will appear at login.
No action is required for users who prefer email-based authentication—this method will continue to work without any setup.
Please review the complete release notes for a detailed summary of all updates included in this release.
