Rajashri Bharathan

Director, Software Engineering

Rajashri is responsible for developing and building the Software Engineering team whose efforts build the next generation of ArborMetrix technologies.

She is a skilled web development manager with experience leading teams through complex implementations of web solutions, while delivering quality-oriented results. Her passion and strength lie in creating high performing teams through personal development, trust, and communication. Rajashri has extensive industry experience including a start in front-end development before moving into managing and supporting software engineering teams. She is an expert in SDLC multiple development methodologies and is a seasoned Scrum Master.

Prior to joining ArborMetrix, Rajashri served in several leadership roles where she managed and supported teams of cross functional engineers and front-end developers, focusing on web development best practices, quality, security, development patterns, and growth and development of team members.

Rajashri holds a bachelor’s in computer sciences from PSG College of Technology, India.
